I’m Bayron Alvarez, founder of Casablanca Environmental & Building Diagnostics. I’m a NY licensed mold assessor and a NY licensed home inspector. I am also a partner at John Casablanca Construction, a building and property management company based in Southampton, NY, so I come from a real hands-on building background.
