Meet Bayron

Meet Bayron Alvarez

I’m Bayron Alvarez, founder of Casablanca Environmental & Building Diagnostics. I’m a NY licensed mold assessor and a NY licensed home inspector serving Suffolk County and the East End of Long Island.

My goal is simple: document what’s happening, explain it clearly, and give you a clear, prioritized plan for what to do next.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

A straightforward process

1) Quick intake
We’ll start with a short call/text to understand what you’re dealing with, what the goals are, and what areas to focus on.

2) On-site inspection and documentation
I perform a thorough walkthrough and document conditions with clear photos and notes. If testing is appropriate, I’ll explain what we’re testing for and why.

3) Clear findings + practical next steps
You’ll get a report that’s easy to follow and organized by priority—so you can take action with confidence.

WHY WORK WITH ME

Clear, independent, and experience-driven

Independent perspective
I provide inspection and assessment services only. I don’t perform remediation, which helps keep findings objective and focused on what’s actually happening.

Real building and property management background
I’m also the owner of John Casablanca Construction, a building and property management company based in Southampton. I’ve spent years managing and overseeing complex, high-value homes on the East End—coordinating trades, troubleshooting issues, and keeping projects aligned with the bigger picture. That experience helps me identify patterns quickly and communicate what matters most.

Practical guidance, not just a list of problems
My reports are designed to be actionable. I focus on clarity, context, and priorities—so you understand what’s urgent, what’s maintenance-related, and what can be scheduled.

A LITTLE MORE PERSONAL

Outside of work, I competitively race triathlon and endurance events. That same discipline and attention to detail shows up in how I inspect, document, and communicate—especially when the details matter.
