How coverage works on the East End
The East End is a unique mix of coastal exposure, seasonal occupancy, and high-end building complexity. Our goal is to make scheduling simple and keep results actionable:
We serve the East End as a primary service area, and we schedule efficiently by grouping nearby towns when possible.
If you have a time-sensitive deadline (real estate contract dates, active leaks, odor concerns), tell us your timeframe and we’ll recommend the right starting point.
Many East End homes are seasonal. We regularly work with property managers, caretakers, and owners to coordinate access and document conditions clearly.

FAQ
What areas do you serve?
We serve the East End of Long Island, including the Hamptons (South Fork) and the North Fork through Riverhead, with primary coverage from Westhampton to Montauk and Riverhead to Greenport/Orient.
How quickly can you schedule?
Scheduling depends on season and scope. For real estate timelines or time-sensitive moisture events (active leaks, strong odors, visible staining), tell us your deadline and we’ll recommend the best next step.
What’s the difference between a mold assessment and mold remediation?
There’s no government “safe/unsafe” cutoff for mold results. We’re also not medical professionals, so we don’t make health determinations about whether something is “safe” or “unsafe.”
What we can do is classify conditions as normal (typical background) or abnormal (elevated / consistent with a source) based on what we observed onsite, building history (leaks, humidity, ventilation), and—when sampling is done—comparison to an appropriate baseline/control.
authoritative pages:
Do you provide a written report with photos?
Yes. Services include clear documentation and photo-supported reporting so you can prioritize repairs, plan a scope of work, or make informed decisions.
I smell something musty but don’t see visible mold—what’s the best starting point?
Odors often point to a moisture driver (humidity, condensation, hidden wet materials, leaks). A good starting point is moisture-focused evaluation and targeted testing only when appropriate. Start here:
What should I do before the appointment?
If you can, share any background: known leaks, recent storms, past repairs/remediation, where odors show up, and where staining is visible. Try not to do heavy cleaning of suspect areas right before the visit—documentation is easier when conditions are undisturbed.
Can you work with seasonal homes where the owner isn’t present?
Yes. Many East End homes are seasonal. As long as we have access, we can perform the inspection/testing and then review findings and next steps with you afterward.
Can you help with real estate due diligence?
Yes. Pre-purchase and pre-listing inspections are common. Start here:
Not Sure What to Schedule?
If you’re not sure what service fits, send the town/address, your timeline, and what you’re seeing (leak, odor, stains, humidity, buying/selling, etc.). We’ll recommend the best starting point and keep it simple.
